Dashboard

The Analytics page has two views. Site is what you’d expect from a privacy-first analytics tool, plus attribution. Links is the click-level view of your short links. Which one opens by default depends on whether the tracking script is installed.

Five metric tiles across the top, each showing the current period and the change against the previous one:

MetricWhat it measures
Unique visitorsDistinct people, by visitor identity
Total pageviewsEvery page load
Views per visitPageviews divided by sessions
Bounce rateShare of sessions with exactly one pageview
Visit durationAverage time from first to last event in a session

Click any tile and the chart below switches to that metric.

Sessions are computed when you query, not when events arrive: a session is a run of activity from one visitor with no gap longer than 30 minutes. That’s why the numbers are the same in Full and Anonymous consent modes. Anonymous mode sets no cookies at all, and sessions still work.

Four cards, each with tabs:

  • Sources: referrer sources, channels (organic, social, paid, referral, direct), and UTM source, medium, and campaign
  • Pages: top pages, entry pages, exit pages
  • Locations: countries, regions, cities
  • Devices: browser, operating system, device type

Click any row in a breakdown and the whole dashboard filters to it. Click a country, then a source, and you’re looking at German visitors who came from LinkedIn. Active filters show as chips under the header. Remove one or clear them all.

Twelve dimensions can be combined this way: country, region, city, device, browser, OS, page, source, channel, and the three UTM parameters.

The badge next to the page title shows how many people are on your site right now (last 30 minutes). It refreshes every minute on paid plans and every 10 minutes on Free.

The click-native dashboard for your short links: total clicks, unique visitors, and active links, a clicks-over-time chart, top links, and breakdowns by referrer, country, device, browser, and OS. The sources and campaigns donut splits clicks by UTM.

Every link in the links table shows its click count and last-clicked time, pulled from the same data.

A short-link click, the session it starts on your site, and a conversion on that site are the same visitor to Attri. The Site view attributes sessions to the link that started them, which is what lets the conversion tab on a link say “this campaign produced 14 sessions and 3 conversions” rather than “this link got 200 clicks, good luck.”

In Full mode the connection runs on a shared visitor cookie. In Anonymous mode it runs on the daily visitor identity, which joins the click and the landing pageview when they happen on the same day. See conversion tracking for the mechanics.

The date picker accepts presets (today, last 7, last 30, last 90 days) and custom ranges. Dates are shown in your account timezone.

  • Analytics are available on every plan. Data retention is 30 days on Free and longer on paid plans.
  • Bot traffic is filtered at the edge and never reaches these views.
  • Dashboard queries don’t count as events. Usage is measured on clicks, pageviews, and other tracked events.
