Team Members
Attri workspaces support multiple team members with role-based permissions. Invite your team so everyone can create links, run campaigns, and view analytics from one shared workspace.
Inviting members
Section titled “Inviting members”- Go to Settings > Team
- Click Invite member
- Enter their email address
- Select a role
- Click Send invite
The invited person receives an email with a link to join the workspace. They’ll be prompted to create one if they don’t have an Attri account. The whole process takes under a minute.
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access. Can manage billing, delete the workspace, and transfer ownership. One per workspace. |
| Admin | Full access except billing and workspace deletion. Can manage members. |
| Editor | Create and edit links, templates, tags, and parameters. Can’t manage members or settings. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to links and analytics. Can’t create or modify anything. |
We’ve found that most teams start with one or two Admins and add Editors as the team grows (keeping the Owner role for whoever handles billing).
Managing members
Section titled “Managing members”Under Settings > Team, you can:
- Change a member’s role
- Remove a member from the workspace
Removing a member revokes their access right away. Links they created remain in the workspace.
- All plans include unlimited team members at no extra cost
- Workspace owners can’t be removed. Transfer ownership first.
- Members can belong to multiple workspaces within the same organization
