Usage tracking
Section titled “Usage tracking”Your plan includes a monthly event quota. Events include:
- Shortlink redirect clicks
- Pageview events (from the tracking script)
- Conversion events
You can monitor your current usage under Settings > Billing. The usage bar shows your consumption for the current billing period.
Approaching your limit
Section titled “Approaching your limit”When you reach 80% of your event quota, Attri shows a banner in the app. At 100%, new links can no longer be created until the next billing period or until you upgrade. We’ve found this approach gives teams enough warning to plan ahead (rather than cutting things off without notice).
Managing your subscription
Section titled “Managing your subscription”Under Settings > Billing, you can:
- View your current plan and usage
- Upgrade to a higher plan (takes effect immediately)
- Downgrade to a lower plan (takes effect at the next billing period)
- Update payment method
- Download invoices
Takes about a minute.
Billing cycle
Section titled “Billing cycle”Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (with a discount). Your billing period starts on the day you subscribe.
- All plans include unlimited team members
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle to avoid data disruption
